Thomas Hallock bd014bec4f fix(card-sorting): prevent ghost movements with proper optimistic updates
Fixes ghost movements when dragging cards by properly tracking which
position updates originated from this browser window/tab.

Previously used a timing-based approach (debounce) which was brittle
and didn't work reliably on slow connections.

New approach:
- Generate unique windowId for each browser tab
- Include windowId in all position updates sent to server
- Skip server position updates that contain our own windowId
- This prevents replaying our own movements when they echo back

The user should never see their own movements repeated since they
already have those positions locally applied.

Thomas Hallock 633ff12750 fix: increase server update debounce to 2000ms for low bandwidth
Fixes ghost movements when dragging cards on slow connections.
The previous 500ms timeout was too short for network round-trips
on low bandwidth, causing server updates to overwrite local positions
after drag completion.

Mobile optimizations for Card Sorting game:

**Spectator Mode Bottom Sheet (iPhone):**
- Convert right sidebar to compact bottom sheet (120px tall)
- 3-column horizontal grid layout for stats (Time/Cards/Accuracy)
- Compact sizing: 8px padding, 10px labels, 16px values
- Dual-orientation toggle: ▲/▼ on mobile, ◀/▶ on desktop

Thomas Hallock 0cced47a0f fix: delete existing user sessions before creating new ones
Fixes issue where games failed to start on iPhone with "No active session found" error.

The problem was a UNIQUE constraint on arcade_sessions.user_id - when users
tried to start a new game, the session creation would fail silently because
they already had an existing session from a previous game.

Solution: Delete any existing sessions for the user before creating a new one.
This ensures users can start new games without being blocked by stale sessions.

Error logs showed:
- "UNIQUE constraint failed: arcade_sessions.user_id"
- "Failed to fetch session"
- "Move rejected: No active session found"

Restored the 50% scale and 50% opacity visual feedback for cards that
are in the correct prefix or suffix position. This provides important

WITHOUT the problematic auto-positioning behavior.

Thomas Hallock 23725ca24b revert(card-sorting): remove auto-positioning and locked card features
Removed all auto-positioning logic for prefix/suffix cards and the
locked card concept. Cards are now freely draggable at all times
without automatic rearrangement or position locking.

Changes:
- Removed auto-arrange useEffect that positioned prefix/suffix cards
- Removed stable positions infrastructure (lockedCardPositionsRef, stableCardStates)
- Removed isCardLocked function
- Removed lock checks in drag handlers
- Removed visual changes for locked cards (scale, opacity)
- Removed isCorrectPosition and isLocked props from AnimatedCard
- Simplified spring animation (no conditional configs)
- Cards no longer show correctness indicators during play

Thomas Hallock b0cd194838 fix(card-sorting): stabilize inferred sequence for locked cards during drag
When dragging suffix cards into position, the inferred sequence was
constantly recalculating based on the card's real-time position,
causing suffix detection to flicker on/off. This created instability
when trying to place suffix cards.

Solution:
- Store stable positions for locked (prefix/suffix) cards in a ref
- Use stable positions instead of live positions for inference
- Clean up ref when cards are no longer locked
- Add useMemo import for stable card states computation

This ensures that once a card is locked in correct position, its
position in the inferred sequence remains stable even when other
cards are being dragged nearby.

Thomas Hallock d02ab5922c fix(card-sorting): correct suffix card detection in auto-arrange
The suffix detection logic in the auto-arrange effect was using
incorrect index calculation, causing suffix cards not to be
recognized and positioned properly.

Fixed by comparing from the end of both sequences working backwards:
- inferredSequence[length-1-offset] vs correctOrder[length-1-offset]

This matches the logic already used in isCardLocked() and the
rendering code, ensuring consistent suffix detection across all
three locations.

Now suffix cards correctly:
- Get auto-arranged to bottom-right grid
- Become locked and non-draggable
- Scale down and fade when in correct position

Thomas Hallock 47189cb6e7 feat(card-sorting): gentler spring animation for locked cards
When a card transitions from being dragged to its locked position
in the prefix/suffix grid, use a gentler spring animation to make
the transition more visible and pleasing.

Animation config:
- Locked cards: tension 120, friction 26 (gentle, floaty)
- Normal cards: tension 300, friction 30 (snappy, responsive)

This allows users to see the card "gently come out of the drag"
and smoothly settle into its permanent grid position, rather than
snapping there instantly.

Thomas Hallock ae45298ec4 fix(card-sorting): end drag immediately when card becomes locked
Previously, if a card was dragged into its correct position (making
it part of the prefix/suffix), the drag would continue while the
auto-arrange effect tried to reposition it, causing thrashing.

Now:
- Check if card becomes locked during pointer move
- If locked, immediately release pointer capture and end drag
- Auto-arrange effect smoothly positions the card
- No more state thrashing

The card will smoothly animate to its correct position in the
prefix/suffix grid once it's determined to be correctly placed.

Thomas Hallock e3184dd0d4 feat(card-sorting): wrap prefix/suffix cards to multiple rows
Previously, when more cards were correct than could fit in a single
row, they would be positioned off-screen (>100% or <0%).

Now cards wrap to multiple rows:
- Prefix cards: Top-left, wrapping downward in rows
- Suffix cards: Bottom-right, wrapping upward in rows (right-to-left)
- Max cards per row calculated dynamically based on viewport width
- Uses 5% margins on left/right sides

Example with 15 cards (5 cards per row):
- Prefix: 3 rows starting at top-left
- Suffix: 3 rows starting at bottom-right
