feat(know-your-world): add missing island hints and revise all hints

Add hints for 14 missing island regions:
- Europe: Åland, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Svalbard
- Africa: Cape Verde, Comoros, Mauritius, Mayotte, Réunion, São Tomé, Seychelles

Revise ALL existing hints (USA, Europe, Africa) to:
- Focus on shape descriptions and cardinal direction location
- Remove dependencies on knowing other regions' locations
- Emphasize coastal/landlocked status and distinctive features
