docs(know-your-world): update deep dive with extraction progress

Update MAPRENDERER_DEEP_DIVE.md with completed extractions:
- OtherPlayerCursors  (-148 lines)
- DebugAutoZoomPanel  (-128 lines)
- useUserPreferences  (-43 lines)

Total reduction now 1086 lines (23.2%) from original 4679 to 3593.
